I just started my own online newspaper. I picked the name Average American because right now we are all fighting to keep what little we have. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that all of us are hurting in some form or shape. Sadly, the power struggle in Washington has created a storm for our country. So, this is my way of helping to be there for those who need a friend. Just because they want us to hate each other doesn't mean we have to.
September 11th is next month, so it would be great if people could put down their war or words…and remember that we are all Americans. The Average American doesn’t answer to race, religion, politics or sex. The Average American seeks a dream, and the dream is to live a good life. Let America heal, or get out of the way.
