Gave the kids a little scare today.

I was fixing lunch today, and when I reached for the oven I lost my balance. I nearly passed out. I don't know why it happened, it has never happened before. I just started feeling really light headed so I reached from the dryer which is across the way from the dryer before I hit the floor. So, now the kids are like are you okay mom? They are worried about me. Anyway I feel better..no more light headed feelings. More than likely my teen is going to tell her dad...i heard her say...I'm telling dad when he gets home. Anyway that was my day..
